Content Creator for Short‑Form Video

About the role

We are seeking a creative and confident Content Creator to produce engaging short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. You will turn business information into simple, relatable content while maintaining our brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Develop original hooks, scripts and storylines independently.
• Appear on camera as host/presenter and conduct interviews with entrepreneurs and company representatives.
• Travel to branches, stores, offices and events for on‑location shoots.
• Shoot and edit videos using CapCut or similar tools, adding cuts, transitions, subtitles, sound and pacing.
• Monitor social media trends and propose new content formats.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
• Proven track record creating Reels, TikToks and other short‑form promotional videos.
• Fluent in Nepali and English with confident on‑camera communication.
• Strong scriptwriting ability, including hooks and storytelling.
• Comfortable appearing on camera in both scripted and unscripted interview settings.
• Willingness to travel for shoots, including outdoor and on‑location assignments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Ability to produce vertical video formats, add subtitles, transitions and sound design.
