About the role

Bagmati Commercial Pvt. Ltd., a trusted Nepali supplier of construction tools, power equipment and safety gear, is seeking a hands‑on Content Creator. The role covers the entire content pipeline—from concept and scripting to shooting, editing, publishing, paid promotion and performance reporting—to generate real business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar, write scripts and storyboards for each piece.
• Travel to job sites and capture real‑world product use‑cases, job sites and on‑ground footage.
• Edit video and photo assets, including colour correction, sound, motion graphics and final delivery.
• Design and produce print and digital product catalogues.
• Create client testimonials, staff stories and DIY/how‑to tutorials.
• Produce professional e‑commerce imagery and video optimized for online listings.
• Publish and promote content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Plan, launch and manage paid ad campaigns, monitoring performance metrics.
• Engage with audience comments and messages to build community.
• Track ROI, report results and ensure accountability for each campaign.

Required profile

• Proven ability to take content from concept to publishing independently.
• Creative eye for photography, videography and product presentation.
• Hands‑on experience with paid campaigns and performance analysis.
• Understanding of e‑commerce product imagery and online promotion.
• Strong writing skills in Nepali and English.
• Willingness to travel to field locations.
• Organised, accountable and comfortable owning results and ROI.
• Interest in tools, construction, machinery or industrial products is a plus.
