Content Creator

About the role

The Content Creator will craft engaging multimedia pieces that support client objectives and brand strategies. Working on‑site in Kathmandu, you will plan, produce and optimise written, visual and social media content while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and produce written, visual and social media content that aligns with client goals.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and client teams to refine messaging and ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain and update content calendars for timely delivery.
• Brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas.
• Monitor audience engagement and use insights to improve future content.
• Deliver high‑quality work on schedule across all platforms.

Required profile

• Strong content creation abilities, including writing, visual storytelling and basic design.
• Experience managing social media, content planning and audience engagement.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of branding, marketing principles and how content supports strategy.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant education in Communications, Media, Marketing, Design or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio of previous content work (social posts, videos, blogs, designs) is highly preferred.
