Content Creator & Social Media Handler

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator & Social Media Handler to join our team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will produce engaging content across multiple platforms, stay on top of digital trends, and help grow our brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create original posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar and schedule daily publishing.
• Write compelling captions, video scripts, promotional copy and respond to audience comments and messages.
• Shoot, edit and produce short‑form videos and visual assets.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate basic reports and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Ability to work independently and meet content calendar deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic design.
• Experience using CapCut for video editing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to edit videos with Adobe Premiere Pro.
