Content Creator & Social Media Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a creative and curious Content Creator & Social Media Trainee to help GrowMailers build a stronger online presence. The role focuses on producing engaging content for our social media channels, especially LinkedIn, while learning the fundamentals of email marketing and brand communication.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media posts, carousels, short‑form videos, reels and graphics for LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar.
• Research trends and topics relevant to marketing, email, and our target audience.
• Write clear, engaging captions and copy for posts.
• Turn company updates, team activities and industry insights into shareable content.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms and monitor basic metrics such as reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Strong interest in content creation and social media.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Attention to detail and ability to take feedback.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to experiment with new formats.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with CapCut or Adobe Express for short‑form video editing.
