About the role
We are looking for an experienced Cook to manage daily kitchen operations in our restaurant located in Bastanpur, Kathmandu.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Plan menus and manage food preparation
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate daily tasks
- Monitor food inventory and minimize wastage
Required profile
- 3–4 years of relevant experience as a Cook
- Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management
- Strong leadership and team‑management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced restaurant environment
- Good hygiene and food‑safety practices
