Corporate Lawyer – Legal Counsel for Corporate Matters

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team and provide comprehensive legal support for corporate and commercial matters. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements while ensuring compliance with Nepalese laws.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and maintain corporate records such as MOA, AOA, board resolutions, and minutes.
• Advise management on legal risks, contractual liabilities, indemnities, and dispute resolution.
• Handle company registration, regulatory filings, and government compliance.
• Interpret and apply Nepal’s Companies Act, Labour Act, SSF regulations, and related statutes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in corporate or legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of Nepal’s Companies Act, Labour Act, and related regulations.
• Fluent in English and Nepali with excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time, adhere to company policies, and maintain confidentiality.
