Creative Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Associate to join our Kathmandu office and help shape visual concepts for both digital and print media. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn ideas into engaging graphics that support our clients' brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and graphics for social media, marketing assets, and brand collaterals.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear designs.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and prepare files for production.
• Incorporate feedback, revise materials, and ensure timely delivery of multiple projects.
• Contribute to basic content creation, assist in client presentations, and stay updated on design trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for original concepts.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work across various media.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing or motion graphics is a plus.

Required skills

• Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Flimora or similar tools.
• Ability to create AI‑generated images and videos.
• Understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
