Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented Creative Designer to join our Marketing team. The role involves developing visual content for digital and offline channels, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting campaigns through graphic design, photography, and video production.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, brochures, flyers, presentations, banners and event materials.
• Plan, shoot and edit client testimonials, product videos, corporate videos and event coverage, handling end‑to‑end video production.
• Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for various platforms while managing design files and assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, review feedback and ensure timely delivery of high‑quality creative materials.
• Stay updated on design, branding, video production trends and explore AI‑assisted creative tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, branding, videography or video editing.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain brand consistency and work independently or collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Hands‑on experience in graphic design, branding, video editing and motion graphics.
• Basic knowledge of photography, lighting, camera setup and audio recording.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered design tools (advantageous).
