Creative Generalist – Motion & Visual Designer

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Creative Generalist who can blend graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing to produce compelling visual content. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into engaging digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for ads, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Design static creatives such as social media posts, digital ads, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Edit and enhance videos with transitions, motion graphics, typography, and visual effects.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual assets based on project briefs.
• Collaborate with creative, content, marketing, and production teams.
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and are optimized for various platforms.
• Manage multiple projects, maintain organized files, and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or video editing.
• Strong understanding of design principles, animation fundamentals, visual storytelling, and branding.
• Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.
• Good communication, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating design, motion, and video work (preferred).
