Creative Head – Brand Strategy & AI-driven Creative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Head to own the creative vision for our portfolio of spirits brands. The role will drive brand strategy, packaging, campaigns and AI‑enhanced production, while mentoring a multidisciplinary creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain distinct visual identities and brand guidelines across all brands.
• Lead creative projects from concept to execution, presenting ideas to senior management and ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and oversee digital, print and experiential campaigns, including motion graphics, TVC and animated video production.
• Direct social media creative direction and approve all published assets.
• Manage external agencies to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Research packaging trends and design bottle labels, cartons, caps and shrink‑wrap, balancing aesthetics with manufacturability.
• Integrate AI tools for image/video generation, 3D rendering and workflow automation.
• Build custom scripts and small applications to accelerate recurring production tasks.

• Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams.
• Strong vision for brand strategy and visual storytelling.
• Ability to pitch and defend creative direction to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with marketing, sales and product development.
