Creative Head

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Head to lead brand strategy and creative production across our portfolio of spirits brands. The role will own the creative vision end‑to‑end, from brand identities and packaging to campaigns and AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the visual and brand strategy for all spirits brands, ensuring distinct yet coherent identities.
• Lead creative projects from concept through execution, including campaigns, motion graphics, TVC, and social media content.
• Design and oversee packaging systems, balancing shelf appeal with manufacturability and cost.
• Integrate AI tools and custom scripts into the production pipeline to accelerate concepting and artwork generation.
• Manage print production, vendor relationships, and ensure high‑quality output across all channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 5+ years in a creative leadership role, with experience in both agency and in‑house environments.
• Strong portfolio covering print, packaging, digital and AI‑assisted work.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and scale a creative team.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
• AI image and video generation tools.
• Scripting/automation experience (e.g., Illustrator JSX).
• Basic 3D tool knowledge such as Blender (optional).
