Customer Experience & Sales Associate

About the role

We’re hiring a Customer Experience & Sales Associate who enjoys communicating, understanding customer needs, solving problems, and creating great experiences. The role is dynamic, customer‑facing and offers opportunities across sales, service, retail, front‑desk and business support.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers through calls, in‑person conversations, and other channels to understand their needs.
• Recommend suitable products or solutions and clearly communicate their features and benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Support sales activities through customer follow‑ups, lead handling, and relationship building.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requirements and ensure effective service.
• Stay updated on products, services, and the latest market trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, approachable, and customer‑oriented personality.
• Good listening, problem‑solving, and follow‑up skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, call centre, or front‑desk roles is a plus.
