Customer Service Associate – Retail Billing

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our Mart store in Bharatpur. The role focuses on accurate billing, cash handling and assisting shoppers at the checkout counter.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer bills accurately using the e‑billing/POS system.
• Scan products and verify prices, quantities, discounts and promotional offers.
• Handle cash, digital payments and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
• Assist customers with billing‑related queries and concerns.
• Coordinate with the Store In‑charge on pricing, system and billing issues.
• Keep the billing counter and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Report any billing discrepancies, system errors or payment issues immediately.
• Support product packing and checkout assistance when needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is required.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS (Point‑of‑Sale) systems.
• Experience using e‑billing software.
• Basic computer literacy for transaction processing.
