Customer Service Representative – Call Center (Evening/Night Shifts)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our call centre team serving a commercial bank in Kathmandu. The position is full‑time and operates on either the evening (2 PM‑10 PM) or night (10 PM‑6 AM) shift, working on‑site at the New Road office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email and chat.
• Answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide accurate information about banking products and services.
• Maintain detailed records of each interaction in the company’s system.
• Contribute to a smooth and positive customer experience by following established procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in a management‑related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
• Willingness to work flexible evening or night shifts.
• Own vehicle for commuting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of banking processes and terminology.
