Customer Service Representative – Recruitment

About the role

Join our recruitment team in Baluwatar, Kathmandu as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing interview schedules, and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, resume databases, and direct outreach, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, relay feedback, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates.
• Maintain and update applicant status in the CRM/ATS, track pipeline metrics, and ensure job postings remain current.
• Provide advisory support to candidates on resumes and interview techniques, and advise clients on job descriptions and market availability.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a customer service or tele‑sales role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interviewing and client relations.
• Excellent organizational ability to manage multiple vacancies, track metrics, and meet hiring timelines.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and empathy skills for building relationships and active listening.

Required skills

• Familiarity with job portals.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using ATS software and CRM systems.
