About the role
Surbhi Varieties Trading Pvt. Ltd., a multi‑brand beauty and lifestyle company, is launching its new e‑commerce platform SlayVibes. We are seeking a Customer Support & Telemarketing Executive to join our office team and handle customer inquiries and marketing outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, covering orders, product questions, and general support.
- Track and follow up on retail orders and customer requests.
- Make marketing calls to customers and retail contacts to promote our brands.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales, field marketing, or customer service.
- Good communication skills in Nepali and basic English.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive demeanor.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Interest or experience with cosmetics and beauty products.
