Digital and Creative Manager

About the role

CAFA Experts is looking for a strategic digital creator to lead web development, creative strategy, and digital assets for Australian clients. Based in our Kathmandu office, you will own the full lifecycle of digital projects, from concept to deployment, while acting as the primary creative liaison with the overseas team.

Key responsibilities

• Define visual identity, UI/UX architecture, and layout design for corporate web assets and landing pages.
• Lead end‑to‑end web projects, coordinating design sprints, development, and launch.
• Review code, troubleshoot front‑end/CMS bugs, and ensure cross‑browser performance and fast site speeds.
• Collaborate with the Australia‑based team to gather briefs, deliver assets, and align with global marketing goals.
• Establish SOPs for code documentation, asset management, and design templates to improve efficiency.
• Translate technical constraints into clear updates for international stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on technical experience in web development and creative direction.
• Strong ability to manage projects, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑border collaboration.
• Leadership mindset with a focus on quality and innovation.
