Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Easystan is seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to boost its online presence and turn digital interactions into real customer inquiries and sales. You will own the end‑to‑end process of content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis across major social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media channels, publishing posts, stories, reels and promotional content.
• Design eye‑catching graphics, product creatives, banners and catalogues using Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Produce short‑form videos and reels, handling shooting, editing, captioning, music and branding.
• Create, launch and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, monitoring CPL, CTR, leads and overall performance.
• Generate qualified leads, coordinate with the sales team and track campaign results.
• Support product launches, seasonal offers and promotional events.
• Research competitors and stay updated on digital marketing trends.

Required profile

• Creative, highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of Facebook and Instagram platforms.
• Practical experience running Meta ads.
• Strong graphic design and video editing abilities.
• Understanding of marketing and sales processes, not just posting.
• Willingness to experiment with new digital tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
