Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of all online marketing activities for Solid Future HR Consulting. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on driving qualified leads, increasing brand visibility and delivering measurable ROI across paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Manage paid advertising budgets, monitor spend and ensure maximum return on investment.
• Lead lead‑generation initiatives, improve conversion rates and oversee funnel optimisation.
• Create and supervise content strategies for social media, website and paid media.
• Coordinate SEO activities to boost organic traffic and improve website performance.
• Analyse campaign data, produce regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Mentor the digital marketing team and collaborate with external agencies, freelancers and designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in digital or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of managing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimise spend.
