Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Digital Marketing Officer to promote our footwear brand across digital platforms, create engaging content, manage social media and paid advertising campaigns, increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Create compelling graphics, captions, reels, and short‑form videos aligned with each business vertical.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns and monthly content calendars.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
• Support SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital initiatives.
• Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns and contribute to business growth.
