Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist (Junior‑Mid)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist who can independently plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for our clients. This is a hands‑on role, not limited to simple social media posting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, budgets and target audiences.
• Set up, launch, monitor and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, including audience targeting, bidding and A/B testing.
• Produce basic marketing assets (graphics, short videos) using tools like Canva or Figma and adapt creatives for different platforms.
• Support organic social media activities including content calendars, posting, copywriting and community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and deliver weekly reports with insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1.5 years of practical digital marketing experience, especially with paid social advertising (Meta Ads).
• Ability to independently plan, execute and optimise campaigns, interpret data and make budget allocation decisions.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Good written and verbal communication, comfortable working directly with clients and independently.
• Quick learner who can understand new businesses, industries and objectives.
