Digital Marketing Specialist – Kathmandu

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kathmandu. The role will drive the company’s online presence, lead generation and performance marketing initiatives to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other platforms.
• Generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates through targeted digital strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle: launch, monitor, analyse and optimise based on performance data.
• Create and oversee content strategies for social media, websites and paid campaigns.
• Maintain and grow social media presence, engagement and community.
• Track and report key metrics such as traffic, conversions, CAC and ROI.
• Coordinate SEO initiatives and monitor website performance to boost organic visibility.
• Analyse customer journeys and landing pages to identify conversion optimisation opportunities.
• Plan and manage digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient spend.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate the digital marketing team.
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers and creative partners.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing successful paid‑media campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.
