Digital Marketing Specialist – Lead Campaigns & Content

About the role

Yoddha Lab is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to own end‑to‑end campaigns, from content creation to performance reporting, and to drive visibility, engagement and sales for its CRM/SaaS and e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across the website, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Own the full content pipeline – ideation, shooting/design, editing and publishing for both organic and paid initiatives.
• Use data‑driven insights to boost reach, engagement, lead generation and ROI across paid and organic channels.
• Support affiliate marketing efforts through targeted promotions and funnel optimisation.
• Integrate AI tools where applicable to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate part‑time and full‑time manpower for content production and campaign execution.
• Track KPIs such as reach, conversions, cost‑per‑lead and ROAS, delivering daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with sales, merchandising and operations teams to align campaigns with product availability and business priorities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within CRM, SaaS, a digital agency or e‑commerce environment.
• Proven track record of growing online sales channels and managing end‑to‑end campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable with performance dashboards and reporting.
• Experience coordinating freelance or part‑time resources is a plus.
• Team‑leadership and mentorship attitude.
