Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead the planning and execution of digital campaigns for our clients in Kathmandu. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring that marketing initiatives are delivered on time and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare and execute marketing plans, manage social media platforms, content calendars, and digital promotions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating requirements into actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, content, design, media and other teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
• Analyze digital trends, audience behavior and campaign performance, producing reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and deliverables, identifying opportunities to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
• Lead and guide the marketing team, fostering collaboration and maintaining quality standards across multiple client accounts.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, platforms and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and client servicing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and handle budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
