About the role
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Food and Beverage division in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all outlets and banquet operations to ensure they meet hotel standards and are individually profitable.
- Act as Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the F&B division, driving performance and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Director of Food & Beverage.
- Strong operational, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
