Dispatch & Logistics Officer (2-3 yrs experience)

About the role

The company is seeking a responsible and detail‑oriented Dispatch & Logistics Officer to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate transportation, and ensure finished goods move accurately from the warehouse to customers. The role requires close collaboration with sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to meet delivery schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily dispatch plans based on approved sales orders and verify product availability, batch numbers and quantities before loading.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers and logistics partners, plan delivery routes, monitor vehicle movement and handle any delivery issues.
• Ensure warehouse readiness, follow FIFO/FEFO practices, reconcile dispatched quantities with warehouse records and report discrepancies.
• Maintain dispatch notes, loading sheets, delivery documents and prepare daily, weekly and monthly logistics reports.
• Work with internal departments to resolve dispatch problems, uphold safety standards and support continuous improvement of dispatch efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, distribution or warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities, capable of handling multiple dispatch activities under pressure.
• Good knowledge of dispatch and transportation processes and ability to maintain accurate records.
