About the role
Basanta Employment is looking for a motivated Documentation Officer to join its team in Kathmandu. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and organization of all customer documents and records, supporting the overall efficiency of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of all customer documents, including contracts and reports.
- Label, store, and make documents easily accessible for future reference.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before filing.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather and compile documents for audits and other company needs.
- Develop and implement document control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents to and from relevant parties.
- Train and assist employees on proper document management and filing procedures.
- Regularly update and maintain document tracking systems and stay updated on industry standards and regulations.
