E-commerce Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a commercially focused and data‑driven E‑commerce Growth professional to drive online revenue, conversion, merchandising, and customer retention. The role will optimise the customer journey and maximise key performance indicators such as conversion rate, average order value and repeat purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e‑commerce growth strategy, targeting revenue, transactions, conversion rate and AOV.
• Analyse the e‑commerce funnel and improve product discovery, product pages, cart and checkout experiences.
• Identify growth opportunities across products, categories, brands and customer segments.
• Conduct A/B tests to enhance conversion and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Procurement, Product and Technology teams on product priorities, availability and launches.
• Design and manage customer retention, lifecycle and repeat‑purchase programmes, including CRM campaigns via email, SMS and push notifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, E‑commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, growth, digital commerce or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and commercial decision‑making abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively across Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Product and Technology teams.

Required skills

• Experience with conversion optimisation and online merchandising.
• Hands‑on experience with A/B testing.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and customer segmentation.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce analytics platforms.
