About the role
TechGaun is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and support its engineering team, delivering reliable and impactful digital products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the engineering team.
- Drive technical decisions and engineering practices.
- Plan workloads, priorities, and release delivery.
- Coordinate development, code review, testing, and releases.
- Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Support collaboration across a distributed engineering team.
Required profile
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience leading or managing an engineering team.
- Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and code quality.
- Experience with project delivery, release cycles, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Strong technical decision‑making and communication skills.
