Executive – Dealer LC & Claims

About the role

The company seeks a detail‑oriented Executive to manage dealer‑related Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, process claims, and ensure accurate reconciliation of dealer transactions. The role involves close coordination with dealers, banks, and internal finance, sales, and accounting teams to maintain compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Dealer Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, reviewing applications, amendments, and ensuring compliance.
• Monitor LC status, expiry dates, payments and maintain accurate records.
• Verify and process dealer claims including incentives, warranty claims, schemes, discounts and other approved items.
• Coordinate with dealers to obtain supporting documents, resolve discrepancies, and follow up on pending claims.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, reconciliation statements and support sales and finance teams in dealer account settlement.
• Identify irregularities, coordinate with relevant departments for resolution, and perform other dealer finance operations as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in automobile, trading, banking or commercial sectors.
• Good understanding of LC procedures, banking documentation and financial transactions.
• Strong coordination, analytical and documentation abilities with ability to meet deadlines.
