Faculty – F&B Service and Production

About the role

The college is looking for a full‑time Faculty member to teach Food & Beverage (F&B) Service and Production. The role involves planning both theory and practical sessions, coordinating examinations, and supporting student activities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan all academic activities for theory and practical lessons.
• Inform relevant authorities about mid‑term exams, class schedules, and academic planners.
• Coordinate with the examination department for internal exams and assignments.
• Work with training and placement officers to organise extracurricular activities.
• Map the course content for each subject each semester.
• Organise orientation sessions for newly enrolled students and faculty in collaboration with the admission department.
• Ensure timely circulation of notices to students, faculty, and academic staff.

Required profile

• Full‑time faculty position.
• Minimum of 24 months (2 years) relevant experience in F&B service or production.
• Relevant academic qualifications in hospitality, food service, or related fields.
• Ability to plan and deliver both theoretical and practical lessons.
• Strong coordination skills with examination and placement departments.
