Field Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Field Marketing Specialist will work on‑site in Kathmandu to plan, execute and optimise field marketing campaigns that showcase ITTI’s technology products and solutions. This full‑time position collaborates closely with sales, product and customer service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement on‑site marketing campaigns and promotional events targeting specific customer segments.
• Engage with potential customers and partners, generate and qualify leads, and support the sales team with localized initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, gather field insights and report on campaign performance to improve future activities.
• Coordinate with sales, product and customer service teams to maintain consistent messaging and strong brand presence.

Required profile

• Strong experience in market planning and field marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation and sales support.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT products or technology solutions and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, manage multiple activities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic data analysis skills for tracking campaign performance and preparing concise reports.
