Field Sales Representative – Offline Marketing

About the role

Colour Nepal is seeking two motivated Field Sales Representatives to drive offline marketing efforts in Kathmandu and Pokhara. You will visit retail stores, collect orders, and build strong relationships with shop owners to expand the brand’s presence store‑by‑store.

Key responsibilities

• Visit multiple retail outlets daily within the assigned city.
• Take, record, and follow up on orders from shopkeepers.
• Promote Colour Nepal products and introduce them to new stores.
• Maintain relationships with retailers, ensuring timely deliveries, payments, and stock availability.
• Report daily orders and market feedback to the head office.

Required profile

• Comfortable traveling around the city and visiting stores in person.
• Good knowledge of the local Kathmandu or Pokhara market.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and reliable.
• Valid two‑wheeler license and own vehicle for daily visits.
• Fluency in Nepali; basic English is a plus.
