Finance & Accounts Associate / Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Finance & Accounts Associate / Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and corporate financial documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing tender‑related financial documents, and ensuring compliance with Nepalese tax laws.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries, maintain ledgers, and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial bid documents, cost estimates, price schedules, and other tender‑related financial documents.
• Handle documentation related to bank guarantees, bid securities, and procurement requirements.
• Ensure timely compliance with Nepalese tax regulations, including VAT, TDS, Income Tax, and SSF requirements.
• Prepare periodic financial statements, financial reports, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary financial documentation.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, internal departments, and relevant authorities regarding financial and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; CAP II / Semi‑qualified CA preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or corporate financial operations in Nepal.
• Hands‑on experience in financial bid documentation, tendering processes, bank guarantees, bid securities, and procurement requirements.
• Good understanding of Nepalese tax laws, VAT, TDS, Income Tax, SSF provisions, and company regulations.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Swastik, FinAct, or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
