Finance Head

About the role

We are looking for a strategic Finance Head to lead the finance and accounting functions across our diverse business units. The role will provide financial guidance to senior management and support the company’s growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee finance and accounting functions across the company and its business units.
• Develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, including consolidated statements and management reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, working capital, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Strengthen financial policies, internal controls, risk management, and governance systems.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations on performance, investments, expansion, and cost optimization.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align finance with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial reporting and compliance.
• Leadership experience in building and developing finance teams.
