Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager with strong accounting and financial management knowledge to oversee our financial operations, reporting, compliance, and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation and general accounting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports and financial analysis, and handle budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and financial planning.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts, ledgers and financial records, and guarantee timely tax filing, statutory compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external stakeholders, and establish proper internal controls and financial procedures.
• Supervise and support the finance and accounts team, monitoring expenses, cash flow and working capital to ensure effective financial management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related field.
• Semi‑qualified CA preferred, or equivalent finance and accounting experience.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting and statutory compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting/ERP software.
