Finance Manager – Remote, $100k/year

About the role

Trilogy is seeking a Finance Manager to lead global finance operations remotely. You will oversee a team of Senior Accountants, ensure the accuracy of financial outputs, and keep your technical accounting skills sharp.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing finance operations team to deliver accurate, timely financial deliverables.
• Prioritize work based on deadlines, business impact, dependencies, and financial risk.
• Inspect finance dashboards, invoices, payments, reconciliations, and allocations for accuracy.
• Diagnose root‑cause failures in data, system configuration, accounting treatment, or process execution.
• Write evidence‑based coaching to correct errors and prevent recurrence.
• Identify and implement AI, LLM and automation opportunities to reduce manual work.

Required profile

• A degree in Accounting or Finance.
• A recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Experience on at least five audits involving a Big 4 accounting firm.
