Food and Beverage Associate

About the role

The Food and Beverage Associate works full‑time on‑site at Hotel Tibet Pvt. Ltd. in Lazimpat, welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a courteous dining experience. The role supports food preparation, maintains cleanliness, and helps with special events as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, coordinate with kitchen staff, and handle basic billing or payment processes.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
• Assist with food preparation basics and support special events or functions in the restaurant or bar.

Required profile

• Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills with a focus on efficient, courteous table service.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, including proper handling, storage, and cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service abilities, clear communication, patience, and guest satisfaction focus.
• Prior experience in hotel or restaurant food and beverage operations is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy and point‑of‑sale handling skills for order taking and billing.
• Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills.
