Key responsibilities

• Serve meals with high standards and signature flair, ensuring guest satisfaction from starter to dessert.
• Monitor guest feedback and suggest improvements or new products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable front‑of‑house areas.
• Minimise waste and report unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties to keep service running smoothly.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills (reading, writing, maths).
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local food‑handling and alcohol‑serving laws; must be above the minimum age and fluent in the local language.
• Strong communication skills – warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.
