Founding Partner – Marketing & Ecosystem (Equity)

About the role

We are seeking a Founding Partner to lead marketing and ecosystem engagement for Xoventra, a social platform connecting Nepal’s startup founders and investors. This equity‑based role focuses on building community presence and driving early‑stage growth.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Xoventra at tech showrooms, hackathons, and startup events across Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur.
• Attend demo days, pitch nights, accelerator events, and investor meet‑ups to showcase the platform.
• Develop relationships with event organizers, accelerators, and incubators to embed Xoventra in the local ecosystem.
• Recruit founders and investors to join the platform as part of the founding cohort.
• Shape and execute marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and community engagement.

Required profile

• Deep familiarity with the Kathmandu Valley tech and startup scene, or a strong willingness to become embedded.
• Comfortable being the public face of a brand in front of large, diverse audiences.
• Background in marketing, business development, community building, or a demonstrated instinct for these functions.
• Self‑driven, passionate about building early‑stage ventures.
• Belief that Nepal’s founders and investors deserve better ways to connect.
