Full Stack Developer (Next.js/React, Node.js) – Pokhara

About the role

Growfore Solution is looking for a hands‑on Full‑Stack Developer to own projects from requirements gathering through production. You will work on a modern web stack, make independent technical decisions, and ensure the quality of the code you ship.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship complete features across frontend and backend.
• Maintain and improve existing applications, APIs and databases.
• Handle deployments, monitor production, and debug issues.
• Integrate third‑party services and occasional WordPress sites.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools to accelerate development while retaining full ownership of the final code.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable reading documentation, learning new technologies, and switching stacks as project needs evolve.
• Systematic debugging mindset and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with Linux environments, VPS, and web server configuration.
• Demonstrated personal projects, open‑source contributions, or SaaS products.
