Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in Node.js and React to evaluate AI‑generated code, system designs, and technical explanations. You will create high‑quality reference implementations, provide step‑by‑step reasoning for complex problems, and rate AI responses for correctness, security, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: write detailed prompts and reference answers across full‑stack topics.
• Review and assess AI‑generated code, API designs, authentication flows, data models, and React components.
• Identify issues related to security, performance, scalability, error handling, testing, and observability.
• Fact‑check technical information and produce clear, best‑practice explanations.
• Rank and compare multiple AI responses to improve model accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience building production web applications with Node.js backend and React frontend.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both backend and frontend codebases.
• Experience designing and operating data layers (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and handling migrations, indexing, and query optimization.
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (sessions, JWT, OAuth/OIDC) and RBAC/ABAC concepts.
• Commitment to testing culture with unit, integration, and E2E testing (Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress) and CI/CD pipelines.
