Functional Consultant – ERP Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Functional Consultant to support the implementation and delivery of ERP and business software solutions. The role involves understanding client requirements and business processes, configuring and testing software, supporting implementation, conducting user training, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate them into functional software specifications.
• Support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze processes related to accounting, finance, payroll, taxation, loan management, HRMS, and other business functions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system testing, client demonstrations, and user training.
• Prepare functional documentation such as requirements, process flows, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Validate financial and business data, support data migration, reconciliation, and ensure report accuracy.
• Provide post‑implementation support and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Visit client locations for meetings, implementation, training, and support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Good understanding of accounting, finance and general business processes.
• Knowledge of ERP, accounting software or business‑management systems (preferred).
• Familiarity with Finance/Accounting, Payroll, Taxation, Loan Management or HRMS modules (advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in Nepali and English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
