Functional Consultant – ERP Implementation

About the role

We are seeking a Functional Consultant to support the implementation and delivery of ERP and business software solutions. The role involves understanding client requirements, configuring and testing software, providing training, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate client business processes into functional software solutions.
• Assist in ERP configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
• Work with clients on accounting, finance, payroll, taxation, loan management, and related functions.
• Conduct UAT, system testing, client demonstrations, and user training.
• Prepare functional documentation such as requirements, process flows, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Validate financial data, support data migration, reconciliation, and report verification.
• Manage multiple client requirements and implementation activities while meeting deadlines.
• Visit client locations for meetings, training, implementation, and support as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial processes, and business operations.
• Experience or knowledge of ERP/accounting software and business process implementation.
• Familiarity with modules such as Payroll, Taxation, Loan Management, Finance/Accounting, or HRMS is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Nepali and English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
