About the role
Nobu Studio is seeking an independent and skilled Game Developer to lead the creation of a realistic driving simulator. The position can be full‑time or contract‑based and is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Nepal.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the driving simulator from prototype through production.
- Implement realistic vehicle physics, smooth controls, and route‑based driving mechanics.
- Design 3D road environments, intersections, traffic signs, lanes, and city‑style routes using real‑world map references.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance gameplay, game design, and overall user experience.
- Optimize the project for future Android and iOS releases.
- Write scalable, maintainable, and well‑documented game systems.
- Research and prototype AI‑driven instructor features.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve performance.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of professional game development experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality code.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating remotely with multidisciplinary teams.
