Graphic Designer for Wedding Invitations and Event Materials

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually appealing designs for wedding invitations, stationery, event materials and related assets. The role involves translating client ideas into strong visual concepts while meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Create designs for wedding invitations, event signage, social media graphics and print collateral.
• Develop concepts based on client preferences, themes and event requirements.
• Prepare files for printing and digital platforms, ensuring correct colours, typography and layout.
• Make quick and accurate revisions based on feedback and handle urgent design requests.
• Organise design files, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic sense with good understanding of colour, typography, spacing and alignment.
• Ability to interpret client ideas and produce original concepts.
• Attention to detail, especially with names, dates and spelling.
• Positive attitude and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Canva.
