Routine of Nepal Banda (RONB) seeks a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to produce engaging visual content for social media and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and audience.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality graphics for social media posts, promotional materials, thumbnails, banners, and campaigns.
• Create basic‑level animations, motion graphics, reels, and short‑form visual content for digital platforms.
• Apply design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy to maintain brand consistency.
• Produce high‑priority graphics quickly for breaking news, trending stories, and announcements.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
• Optimize graphics, videos, and thumbnails for various social media platform specifications.
• Contribute fresh creative concepts to boost audience engagement.
• Review designs for accuracy, consistency, readability, and overall visual quality before publication.
• Stay updated with current design, social media, and visual communication trends.
