Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketer who blends analytical rigor with hands‑on execution. You will own the full acquisition funnel, from channel discovery to automation and performance reporting, working closely with product and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and measure acquisition experiments across SEO, content, paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), email, and outbound channels.
• Build and optimise the entire conversion funnel, including landing pages, lead capture forms, nurture sequences, onboarding emails, and activation nudges.
• Develop and run lifecycle and email marketing programs: segmented drip campaigns, product announcements, and re‑engagement flows.
• Automate repetitive tasks using tools such as n8n, Zapier, and spreadsheet‑based databases.
• Set up tracking (GA4, GSC, UTM parameters, CRM fields) and deliver weekly performance reports with clear attribution.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in growth, digital marketing, or demand generation, preferably for SaaS or B2B tech products.
• Proven track record managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads with budget responsibility.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and on‑page optimisation.
• Hands‑on experience with an email/marketing automation platform (Mailchimp, Brevo, Resend, HubSpot, or similar).
• Comfortable using GA4 and Google Search Console to build reports independently.
• Strong written English for ad copy, landing pages, and cold outreach.
• Data‑driven mindset: proficient with pivot tables, funnel metrics, CAC, CPL, and conversion rate analysis.
• Self‑directed problem solver who proposes fixes alongside identified issues.
