Head of Marketing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing function, drive business growth, strengthen brand positioning, and ensure marketing initiatives contribute to revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, prepare annual, quarterly and monthly plans, and establish KPIs and reporting systems.
• Lead and manage the marketing department, set team objectives, build a high‑performing team, and manage external agencies and partners.
• Oversee e‑commerce growth, brand positioning, campaigns, creative development and support new product launches.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, product and operations to align marketing activities with commercial priorities and improve acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Monitor performance across channels, track revenue growth, CAC, ROAS and ROI, and optimise budgets based on data insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in at least one core area such as e‑commerce growth, brand marketing, creative/content strategy, or leading multidisciplinary teams.
